As of September 1 st , the medical medicinal laws in Texas have been updated to include more qualifying conditions. Texas residents with eligible conditions can access medical medicinal via the Compassionate Use Program (CUP) operated by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS). CUP allows physicians registered with their program to prescribe low tetrahydrocannabinols medicinal (THC) to patients with eligible conditions.

In-Person Exam
Meet with your DocMJ physician for your required physical exam. If you qualify, you will receive your Registry ID # so that you may apply for your MMJ Card through the State of Florida.
